WHY I STARTED SIDE BY SIDE

Leadership can be one of the loneliest journeys a person will ever walk.

 

For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of serving pastors, business leaders, and men. Along the way, I've also experienced seasons of loss, disappointment, restoration, health challenges, and starting over. I know what it's like to carry burdens that few people see and to wonder what the next step should be.

 

Those experiences taught me that people don't always need someone to give them all the answers. They need someone who will truly listen, ask meaningful questions, provide practical guidance, and help them discover their next step.

That's why I started Side By Side Leaders.

Not because leaders need another coach, but because leaders need someone they can trust. My desire is to provide a safe place where pastors, business leaders, and men can find clarity, renewed hope, stronger leadership, and the confidence to move forward.
